The Performance Point-of-Use is a 6 gal point-of-use electric tank water heater built for tight spaces like under a sink or in a small closet where a full-size tank won't fit. It's known for compact point-of-use design. Every unit is open box — new and never installed, though it may carry light cosmetic blemishes — and inspected before it hits the floor, so you get manufacturer-grade performance at Builders Liquidators pricing, well below big-box retail. New inventory arrives daily — check with your local store for current availability and pricing on this model. Builders Liquidators warranty: every water heater includes a free 90-day replacement warranty with purchase. An optional 10-year warranty is available for purchase with each tank.
